the staff were very helpful (i appreciate that). the room included tea and coffee making facilities, convenient. the bar operated 24 hours and offered a cute atmosphere. the piano in the bar was a nice addition.
the room had a slight damp smell.

the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. they were always available when needed. the 24-hour bar service is convenient arriving at any time.

the bar provides a selection of drinks throughout the day and night. while i didn't have a full meal, the bar service was consistently available. the availability of tea and coffee in the room was also good.

the Staff showed great hospitality. Gavin was available and it was REALLY nice to talk with him. He seemed very friendly and it was nice to feel this welcomed.
The room showed sign of wear. There are some stains on the bed and on the ceiling and I didn't like it. the bathroom had some cracks and the net curtains were stained as well.

The location was very convenient. I found the front desk staff helpful with directions. The hotel offered good value. The room rate was reasonable for what I needed.
I noticed a slight musty odor in the hallway, though it wasn't present in my room. I think they should sort that out.
